The 2008 Lennox & Addington Economic Development Awards are once again taking place at the Strathcona Paper Centre Banquet Hall in Napanee on Thursday, November 27th beginning at 6 pm.
Awards will be given for excellence in the following categories: Manufacturing; Small Firm; Tourism; Agriculture; and Lifetime achievement.
The keynote speaker for the evening is Dianne Buckner, host of two successful CBC Television programs about business-people - “Dragons’ Den” and “Venture” - Dianne is an expert on the entrepreneurial sub-set of the human species.
The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, November 21st.
