Lennox Generating Station

Lennox Generating Station is a fully-serviced site offers significant opportunities for large industries that could complement the electricity generating plant by taking advantage of steam and heat byproducts.

"The Lennox site is without equal in Ontario and one of the very few available in North America. Assets include a large electrical switch yard, a large gas and fresh water supply, a rail spur connecting to the main line, a major highway less than 20 minutes away and access to the St Lawrence Seaway system. We have unused sewage capacity and enormous potential to supply heat or heat by-products from existing generation for new cogeneration assets. All this combined with a supportive community and a readily available well-trained labour force makes the site a real winner."
